Is "PCB is a board, SMT is a technology, PCBA is a process / finished product", in an empty PCB, SMT placement (or DIP plug-in), the finished product can be called PCBA, or the process can be called PCBA.
When we disassemble the electronic products, you can see the circuit board is soldered full of components, the board is then PCBA processing of the PCB.
