The machine is designed to take input from a programmable controller that is used to set the desired specifications for the inductor coils that need to be wound.
The machine then automatically winds the coil to exactly the desired length and number of turns. Machine generally uses a rotating spindle and a guiding mechanism, controlled by a motor. The guide mechanism helps ensure that the wires are wrapped tightly the desired way. Most modern automatic induction coil winding machines also feature automatic wire cutters that cut the wire once the desired number of turns has been achieved.
These machines can also be equipped with an automatic wire feeding system, ensuring that the wire is fed at a consistent speed and tension, thus ensuring a consistently high quality production.

The equipment automaticall distinguished and checks the polarity of components and remove the nonconforming products.
